Spring Rolls

4 chicken breasts cooked and diced ( I grilled mine)

2 garlic cloves chopped
1 T. cilantro
1/4 c. low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
mix together and set aside.

1 small head of green cabbage cut up
1/2 pkg of match stick carrots
Cook in a pan with a lid on stove with
1/2 c. water until soft.

Mix all the above ingredients together then spoon onto egg roll wraps.
Wrap up tucking in sides like a burrito.

Heat oil on a large pan and place rolls into oil until golden brown.

Dipping Sauce

1/2 c. pack brown sugar
1 T. cornstarch
mix together and place in pan on stove.

1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/3 c. white vinegar
1T. soy sauce

Mix in all ingredients and heat to a boil stirring constantly.
Boil for 1 min.
